Therapy will usually help in 4 hours, even with a topic you have been struggling with your whole life. In my experience, lasting relief and resolution usually comes after the first or second meeting with the client. I don't end therapy until the issue is fully processed and resolved and the client feels relief. I attend to you and with the utmost care. I keep in touch with you after therapy.
